Regal Residency Motel - Auckland

We loved the location of this hotel as it was very convenient for our family with young kids. We were able to take short walks and enjoy lovely views across the road, while also having access to parks, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with easy access, lots of off-street parking and a smart TV in the lounge where we could watch Netflix and other streaming platforms. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, from the modern design of the rooms to the perfectly clean and tidy areas. The staff were helpful and accommodating towards us.

Upon arrival, we were pleased with the close proximity to the supermarket and the lovely field next to the hotel with horses. the reception area, though small, was sufficient and staff was helpful. the room was newly decorated and clean with quality facilities including a Chromecast and wifi. the bathroom was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that allowed me to get a great night's sleep. I loved the added touch of having breakfast waiting for me in the fridge, it was a generous inclusion. The location of this place was perfect, with easy access to a supermarket and beautiful views of a field with horses nearby. The amenities provided in the room, such as heating and tea and coffee facilities, made my stay even more enjoyable. I was very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends.

Great for a weekend city break! The bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was amazing. The breakfast provided was generous and a lovely touch. We also appreciated the off-street parking and the friendly staff.

The room could have been cleaner, with some hairs found in the bathroom and dusty areas. The curtains didn't keep out the cold or light, making it difficult to sleep in.

Great location with short walks to parks, beaches, cafes and supermarkets. the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond for us. the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Some areas of the hotel were looking a bit run down. We had some trouble with our sleeping arrangements, and there weren't enough utensils to cook and clean properly.

Excellent location, modern kitchen, lovely view, excellent shower, hassle-free check-in, amazing service.
